 John Wilkinson qualified in 1996 and spent an initial period as an Assistant Solicitor in private practice specialising in Criminal Law before joining the John Wood Partnership as a Partner in 2000. John holds the Higher Rights of Audience (Criminal Courts) qualification, enabling him to conduct cases himself without a Barrister at the Crown Court.
John is also an Accredited Criminal Law Duty Solicitor and has extensive advocacy experience in the Magistrates¢ and Crown Court and in dealing with cases before the Court of Appeal and European Court of Human Rights.
