Narinder studied at Leeds Metropolitan University and went on to complete his LPC at the College of Law in 2000. He worked as a Crime Paralegal before obtaining a training contract which he conducted at Rafiq Solicitors in Leeds. Narinder was admitted as a solicitor in 2004 and stayed at Rafiq Solicitors for two years after qualification. He then joined John Delaney’s Solicitors working exclusively in the Criminal sector and remained there for 14 years before joining JWP Solicitors in 2018. Narinder qualified as a High Court Advocate in 2010 and has worked on some very complex cases including Murders, Rapes, complex Frauds, Terrorism and International cases including extradition proceedings from the USA. Narinder has also dealt with the Court of Appeal on several occasions appealing against sentences. Having worked in Leeds for his whole career Narinder has a wealth of experience and a high profile within the Criminal legal field. Narinder was made Head of our Criminal Law Department in March 2026.
