When and why should you review your Will?
Whilst you'll draft your Will with the future in mind, throughout your life your circumstances change. You may find that because of that, your Will doesn’t actually reflect your current circumstances.
We recommend that you review your Will every 5 years to ensure that it is a true reflection of your wishes.
Life events such as marriage, divorce, children and business are a few factors that may result in your Will being out of date, or in some instances, no longer valid.
The law is constantly changing, so even if your circumstances haven’t changed, your current Will may not be the most tax efficient way of dealing with your estate.
