We're Hiring - Child Care Lawyer Required
We have an excellent opportunity for a Child Care Lawyer to join our highly regarded Child Care Law team.
We are looking for a specialist care lawyer to develop and manage a caseload of predominantly public law cases.
Ideally applicants should be on the Law Society's Children's Panel and be well versed in legal aid regulations and will have, or be prepared to develop, a trusted professional relationship and links with CAFCASS and other child care agencies.
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate they have sensitivity and empathy but at the same time a professional and realistic approach when managing client expectations and dealing with other agencies.
You should have excellent advocacy, drafting and interpersonal skills alongside the highest standard of client care; good organisational skills; and the ability to produce consistently high quality work. If that is you, we would like to hear from you.
