We have an excellent opportunity at our highly respected and rapidly growing West Yorkshire Law Firm for an Experienced Private Family Solicitor to join our team. We are looking for someone to join on a full-time basis working from our Bradford Office, with the opportunity for flexible working (on agreement).
What you’ll be doing
- Advising clients on all aspects of divorce and separation, providing clear, practical guidance throughout the process.
- Handling financial matters on divorce, including negotiating settlements and supporting clients to achieve fair outcomes.
- Managing a range of children-related matters, including arrangements and disputes, with a sensitive and client-focused approach.
- Supporting clients in domestic abuse cases, including urgent applications and ensuring appropriate protections are in place.
- Drafting and advising on legal agreements, including separation and cohabitation agreements.
- Managing your own caseload from instruction through to resolution, maintaining high standards of client care throughout.
About You
The ideal candidate will be a proven Family Solicitor with both private and legal aid experience. We’re looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills alongside the highest standard of client care; good organisational skills; and the ability to produce consistently high-quality work.
